Porcelain Crowns and Onlays - 5 years!

All CEREC restorations (same day, in office, porcelain inlays, onlays or crowns) are guaranteed against fracture or breakage that is not due to decay or incidental trauma for 5 years.

(Method of repair for the broken porcelain is at the discretion of Dr. Calderwood. Repair will be always be white porcelain, white composite or sometimes a metal crown in cases of extreme bruxism or adjustment of the restoration.)

Sealants - 2 years!

All sealants that don't stay intact for three years will be replaced free of charge to the patient.

Free Whitening For Life

All patients that purchase a full bleach kit (or receive it through a promotional offer) are then qualified for our "Free Bleach For Life" program. You will receive a touch-up tube of bleach once a year.

(To remain qualified for this offer you must maintain your regular visits. Checkups occur every four or six months depending on your oral health status. If you do not stay on your regular schedule (2x/year for six month intervals and 3x/year for four month intervals) then you lose your "Free Bleach For Life" status. To return to "Free Bleach" status you must purchase a Touch-up Kit and maintain your regular scheduled visits.)

Extended Guarantees

If there is ever any sign of a problem due to our work not being done 100% correctly, we will repair the problem at no cost to you. Feel free to discuss any concerns you may have with our office.
