Dental Savings Plan

Adult (over age 12) $600.00, $50/month

Child (up to age 12) $400.00, $33.33/month

2 regular prophy cleanings or periodontal maintenance cleanings, 2 exams, 1 set of x-rays and 2 fluoride treatments per year
All other treatment in our office gets a 20% discount off our standard fees
No coverage for work done outside of office (orthodontics, surgery, etc.)
If a more complex cleaning than normal (scaling and root planning), or a third Perio Maintenance cleaning in oneyear is needed we discount the cost 30% off the normal price

There is no max per a year! Although most insurance plans stop giving you a discount when you reach $1500 spent for the year, this plan will allow you to keep getting your 20% discount on all work that you need done without any dollar amount limit
If you paid for these services with us out of pocket, you would not get the 20% reduction and the total cost for one year would be:
